At The Numbered Canvas, we take great care in preparing and delivering your artwork. Please review the information below to understand how shipping works, where we deliver, and what to expect once your order is placed.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • Standard (non-custom) kits may process faster
  • Custom kits will likely require the full processing window
  • During peak periods (such as holidays or special launches), processing times may be slightly extended

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.

3. Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of kit size.

There are no additional shipping costs at checkout—what you see is what you pay.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

After your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times vary by destination and carrier, but generally fall within:

  • 12-15 business days after dispatch for most regions
  • Some destinations may experience slightly longer transit times due to customs processing, local carrier handling, or if they involve delivery to remote locations

These delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by factors outside our control such as customs delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping seasons.

5. Address Accuracy & Changes

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address
  • We cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or returns caused by incorrect or incomplete address details

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, additional reshipping fees may apply.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Depending on your country, customs authorities may impose import duties, taxes, or handling fees.

  • These charges are determined by local authorities
  • They are not included in the item price or shipping cost
  • Responsibility for payment rests with the customer

We recommend checking with your local customs office if you are unsure about potential charges.

7. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, tracking information will be emailed to you.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

9. Multiple Addresses

Each order can be shipped to one address only. If you wish to send items to multiple locations, please place separate orders.
